Illustrate what you are slowly letting go of

Letting go is not a single moment. It is a long, slow loosening. What are you in the middle of releasing right now? Draw the process, not the ending.

This prompt is about letting something go. You do not have to be ready — just willing.

Before you begin

Body check-in

01

You may feel resistance. That is normal. Begin anyway.

02

If you need to stop, stop. You can come back.

03

When you are done, take a moment before looking at what you made.

These are invitations, not instructions. Take what is useful.

While you work

Sit with these

  1. 01

What does this loss feel like in your body right now?

  2. 02

What do you wish you could say to what you have lost?

  3. 03

What part of this are you not yet ready to release?

You do not have to answer these. Let them sit beside you while you work.

After you finish

A moment of closing

01Look at what you made

Not to judge it. Just to see it. What is there that you did not expect?

02Notice how you feel

Different from when you started? The same? Neither is wrong. Just notice.

03Acknowledge yourself

You showed up. You made something. That is the whole practice. That is enough.
